Terms and Conditions
  • The stalls are being run on all 3 Days whatever the weather, no postponement day.
  • Thursday & Friday from 7am – 4pm outside the Waitara War Memorial Hall
  • Saturday from 8am – 4pm at the Waitara League Fields and Netball courts.
  • All stall fees are to be paid in full and receipted before stallholders may occupy a site.
  • No site may be sub-let or passed to any other than the agreed stallholder.
  • Stallholders are to be set up before Powhiri at 8am and all vehicles to be removed from outside the front of the Memorial Hall.
  • Vehicle access will be at the discretion of organisers.
  • Stallholders to supply own staff and to keep stall staffed for entire day.
  • Event is Drug, Alcohol and Smokefree. Stallholders breaching this will be asked to leave the event.
  • Stallholders to supply own tables, seating and gazebo.
  • No power will be provided. No generators on site.
  • All foodstuffs to be prepared and served according to council food safety regulations. Any breaches to be the fault of the stallholder. No responsibility will be taken by organisers.
  • All safety precautions are to be the responsibility of the stallholder. Any unsafe equipment or goods will be removed by the organisers at stallholders cost.
  • Stallholders will occupy the stall they are allocated, no stallholders are to swap stalls without organiser’s knowledge.
  • No culturally offensive, illegal, racist, sexist, or sexually explicit materials, drugs, tobacco or alcohol promotion items to be sold on stalls. Organisers reserve the right to ask any stallholder in breach of this to remove the offending items or to close and remove the stall. No stall refunds will be given. This is a family safe event, breaching this could result in legal action being taken.
  • No goods may be sold if they are not on the original application form.
  • The organiser’s decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
The Costs
Stallholders must pre-book and pay prior to commencing or by prior arrangement. Taranaki Puanga Festival are the organisers of the entire 3 day event so ALL payments to be made to the Organising Committee ONLY, this includes ALL STALLS that sell on Saturday 28 Oct 2017.
All costs must be paid before Friday 23rd October 16. If costs are not paid then the stall space will not be held and allocated to another potential stall holder. Receipts will be issued on request Fees being paid by cheque can be written out to Te Roopu Pukaka
