We are continuing the Te Reo initiative that was started in 2008, 2009, 2010, and was a great success. Run along side the annual Puanga Festival.

Te Reo Maori competition boasted $500 in Prizes,over $800 in Greenstone taonga & Priceless Taonga for those who received placings on the 2014 Tūtū Kā’ika Te Reo Stage

Through dedication and hard work demonstrates that you can have a balanced life that includes all things Maori, competitive kapahaka, education and maintaining your own health and well-being.
We truly appreciate all the efforts of our kaimahi, from parents, teachers, volunteers, student and every other role that was filled by the committed people of the wider Taranaki community.
This year boasted over 70 contestants for the Tūtū Kā’ika Te Reo competition, needless to say it was a huge success and proved very popular with W’anau. Participants ranged from under 13″s to Open Seniors.
